A company is looking for an IT Network Operations Center Analyst. Key Responsibilities Monitor Network/Telecomm infrastructure utilized by Customers Provide first-level troubleshooting and coordinate incident ticket resolution Review system performance data to analyze anomalies and take appropriate action Required Qualifications Experience with incident management and ticketing systems Familiarity with network operations center (NOC) functions Ability to run diagnostic tests and interpret error messages Understanding of Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and established processes Proven ability to maintain professional conduct in a team environment
