IT Support Analyst I
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ServiceNow ticket queue and respond to technical queries from associates
Install and configure desktop hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment for new hires and user changes
Maintain and contribute to documentation related to IT processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in IT/Software Support
Experience with remote assistance software
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Preferred qualifications include experience with Apple/MAC operating systems and A+ Certification
