ITIL Certified Subject Matter Expert
A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IT Service Management and Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide insights into industry trends and best practices in IT Service Management and consulting
Develop high-quality course content and interactive learning experiences aligned with ITIL 4 and ITSM frameworks
Collaborate with the development team to ensure course content meets industry standards and engages learners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems preferred
ITIL 4 certification (Foundation, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader) is mandatory
Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, etc.)
Experience in corporate training or IT consulting
