Key Responsibilities Provide end user production support for multiple government offices Assist in requirements gathering, application testing, and prepare technical and end user documentation Support users of PSC WorkSmarter and PSC OneView platforms Required Qualifications Completion of four-years of post-high school education in a computer science/IT related field and/or 2 years of related experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Experience troubleshooting system issues and testing resolutions Understanding of complex federal processes Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL is preferred
