A company is looking for a PFS Lead Back End. Key Responsibilities Lead the collections team to meet productivity and quality standards while training and coaching team members Manage patient accounts, including researching payer policies and submitting appeals for denied claims Develop and deliver reports to management on payer issues and contribute to policy and process improvements Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in genetic billing 3+ years of experience in handling denials and writing appeals High school diploma plus some college preferred Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, and insurance plans Experience with Practice Management systems; Xifin experience preferred
