Lead Payroll Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Analyst to support payroll functions and ensure accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate processing of US Payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including on and off-cycle payroll Audit and reconcile payroll data, coordinate tax administration activities, and manage benefits tracking and reporting Support payroll accounting, perform audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes Required Qualifications BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience in US payroll within a startup technology company Advanced understanding of HR processes and stock transaction processing Experience with ADP Workforce Now system is preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully-remote environment
