DeFi Growth Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a DeFi Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for their DeFi initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end marketing for Polygon DeFi, identifying growth opportunities and managing the marketing funnel Create growth campaigns and content plans targeting users and developers, including social and incentivized campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies and evolve campaigns based on data insights Required Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) in brand marketing or go-to-market roles in web3, with a focus on DeFi Deep understanding of DeFi ecosystems and experience creating impactful campaigns Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with teams Bonus: Experience in managing campaigns, partner marketing, or paid acquisition for web3 protocols or DeFi projects
