Lead Service Support Representative
A company is looking for a Lead Service Support Representative to support a high-profile government contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
Act as an escalation point for Service Support representatives and review processes for improvement
Track ticket statuses, verify data accuracy, and provide troubleshooting support for various issues
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in a service support role
Experience with ticketing systems and data validation
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
