A company is looking for a Lead, Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy development and consultation for employee engagement initiatives
Oversee the annual performance management process to cultivate a high-performance culture
Serve as an internal consultant for initiatives that enhance team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of related experience in Human Resources or a related field
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience is acceptable
Experience in Employee Engagement and Organizational Development
Strong project management skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
