A company is looking for a Learning Enablement Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop engaging learning solutions using various modern delivery methods and tools Lead and manage multiple learning initiatives from initiation to implementation Deliver training sessions in various formats and continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance learning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and program management Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate or Camtasia Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of instructional methodologies and experience in an agile environment
