A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Agent. Key Responsibilities Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat Contact customers' banks/mortgages to obtain additional details Create/update policies for customers and submit payments/issue refunds Required Qualifications An active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment (preferred) Empathy towards others Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure Proficient in Google Suite or similar tools
