Licensed Surveillance Case Manager

A company is looking for a Surveillance Case Manager to oversee investigative teams and ensure high-quality investigative products. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct investigative field staff to maintain a motivated, quality-focused team for insurance claims investigations Conduct quality control reviews and manage assigned cases while ensuring compliance with client instructions and deadlines Communicate with staff and clients about case progress and maintain confidentiality of all investigative information Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field preferred Minimum of two years of experience managing surveillance investigations or seven years as an investigator At least three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred Private investigator's license or eligibility for licensing in appropriate state(s) Ability to travel periodically as needed
