State Licensed Surveillance Case Manager

A company is looking for a Surveillance Case Manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct investigative field staff to ensure completion of investigations for various insurance claims Maintain a performance-oriented business unit by managing training, evaluations, and resource assignments Conduct quality control reviews of investigative work and manage assigned cases until closing Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field preferred Minimum of two years of experience managing surveillance investigations At least three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred Private investigator's license or eligibility for licensing in appropriate state(s) Ability to travel periodically as needed
