A company is looking for a Lien Clearance Associate to help clients clear title issues and ensure timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Review new files to determine lien clearance needs and resolve title issues Notify customers of lien issues and work with them to resolve concerns Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure a smooth lien clearance process Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Ability to maintain focus and perform under pressure Willingness to work approved overtime when necessary Experience in a collaborative environment Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
