A company is looking for a Paralegal. Key Responsibilities: Manage new file assignments, including drafting initial pleadings such as answers, motions, and discovery requests Assist attorneys with identifying and summarizing key issues related to medical records Draft, review, and serve responses to discovery demands while supporting attorneys in preparing materials for trials, arbitrations, and mediations Required Qualifications: 2-5+ years of paralegal experience in Louisiana Strong understanding of Louisiana legal procedures and medical record ordering Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and independently Experience handling personal injury case files Excellent organizational skills
