Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor global ecommerce and retail support teams
Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation
Monitor and improve workflows for ticket resolution and incident management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of relevant experience in digital/IT operations and support
2+ years of experience as an effective team leader
Expertise in project management and workflow optimization
Demonstrated knowledge in DTC digital operations
Experience with workflow management and collaboration tools
