A company is looking for a Manager of Training to assist in training and quality assurance for the Home Energy Services division. Key Responsibilities Develop and administer comprehensive technical sales training programs for sales channels Facilitate engaging technical sales training and assess training effectiveness through evaluations and performance metrics Collaborate with internal and external partners to schedule training sessions and manage knowledge-based materials Required Qualifications Associate degree with 12 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in solar and battery sales and/or training Demonstrated outstanding solar sales skills and results Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment Experience in strategic analysis and making data-driven recommendations
