Massachusetts Licensed Care Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Care Management. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of Care Management teams, including staff hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation Develop and implement metrics to monitor productivity and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct regular performance audits and provide feedback to staff while facilitating team meetings and mentoring Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or an Associate's degree in Nursing with relevant work experience, or a Master's Degree in Social Work 3 years of prior management experience 10 years of clinical experience in acute care, care management, or discharge planning Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse CCM certification preferred
