Key Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries via phone or email regarding benefits, claim statuses, and pre-authorizations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all inquiries within internal systems
Collaborate with managers to escalate unresolved issues and stay updated on healthcare plans
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with CPT codes, HCPCS, diagnosis codes, and ADA codes
1+ years of experience in medical benefits, claims, and eligibility
Experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in healthcare
Strong computer skills and ability to manage large amounts of information accurately
High-speed internet access with a private HIPAA compliant workspace
