A company is looking for a Member Relations Manager for a US-based remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic advice to assigned member colleges and universities throughout the application year Serve as the primary contact for member institutions, offering best practices and sharing relevant statistics and trends Ensure a smooth experience for member institutions during the application process Required Qualifications Must reside in the United States Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of customer/member service experience Knowledge of Common App software and organization is preferred Experience in higher education and project or account management is a plus
