Missouri Licensed Utilization Director

A company is looking for a Director of Utilization Management. Key Responsibilities Directs the utilization management team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures for optimal member outcomes Reviews and analyzes utilization trends to enhance the effectiveness of the utilization program Develops and implements strategies for onboarding, hiring, and training new team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, with 7+ years of related experience, including management experience 4+ years of management experience preferred Expert knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and standards preferred RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
