Mobility Team Lead
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Global Service Center (Mobility).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Mobility specialists to assist customers with visa processing
Oversee daily operations and track team performance against KPIs/OKRs
Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a Team Lead or Manager role within a customer support or operations team for at least 1 year
Track record of achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a high-growth environment
Ability to work flexibly as part of a diverse team
Experience in operations, payroll, mobility, or finance/accounting is a plus
Experience working with international clients and remote teams is advantageous
