Key Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, gather clinical history, and provide clinical guidance while navigating them to appropriate resources Deliver high-quality clinical services and monitor care quality to meet patient satisfaction and clinical effectiveness benchmarks Collaborate on projects and workflow changes to enhance efficiency and improve member experience Required Qualifications: Licensed NP/PA provider in good standing with state board Maintains board certification At least 3 years of NP/PA experience in a clinical setting Comfortable providing care to all age groups Must be in PST or MST time zone
