A company is looking for a MSK Care Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Obtain patient medical documentation, schedule appointments, and provide status updates Communicate with injured workers/patients through various channels during their recovery Collaborate with internal teams to manage referrals and resolve patient-specific issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution (preferred) Three to five years of progressively responsible customer service experience Three years of related experience in provider relations or health care Strong medical background with a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology Experience with Microsoft Office applications
