New Jersey Licensed Client Service Manager
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager II to deliver exceptional customer service and manage a book of personal lines business.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance billing, coverage, claims, and other related issues
Maintain accurate client and policy data within relevant systems
Support client satisfaction and retention initiatives while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
Producer's License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required
Previous experience managing client relationships is preferred
