A company is looking for an Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst - Lumens Certified (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage as needed Analyze and resolve application incidents, maintenance items, and enhancement requests while collaborating with teams Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced application functionality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree 3 years of Epic specific experience Epic certification in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification in related application area Expert understanding of supported applications and general knowledge of other Epic applications Experience with modifying Epic records, tables, and master files
