North Carolina Licensed Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer inquiries and service needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance coverage, rates, and billing issues
Promote and sell additional products based on customer needs
Handle claims for customers involved in accidents with empathy and support
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for licensing
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a customer service environment
Availability for a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
