Ohio Licensed Employment Counsel
A company is looking for a Counsel, Employment & Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters and manage employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
Oversee and conduct investigations into HR and compliance-related issues, ensuring adherence to laws and company policies
Support the legal team in litigation and risk management, while also developing training programs related to HR and compliance investigations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
5+ years of experience in HR investigations or compliance investigations
Strong knowledge of employment law and investigative techniques
Fluency in Spanish and certification in HR or compliance are a plus
