A company is looking for a Part-Time ESOL Instructor (Remote). Key Responsibilities Teach and facilitate online ESOL classes for students with limited English proficiency Create engaging learning experiences using various instructional strategies and technologies Administer assessments and provide feedback to improve student performance Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree in Education with TESOL endorsement; Master's degree preferred Minimum of one year of teaching experience, with preference for experience in ESL programs Previous teaching experience with adult learners is preferred Ability to work nonstandard hours, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of language acquisition and best practices for English language learners
