Key Responsibilities Document business processes, risks, and corresponding controls Advise on the development and monitoring of operational controls and corrective action plans Coordinate discussions between internal/external auditors and Operations Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in audit, controls, operations, and/or consulting 1+ years of experience supporting strategic improvements in processes and controls Bachelor's degree (preferred) Health insurance industry experience (preferred) Experience with SOX, MAR, and/or SOC1 (preferred)
