A company is looking for a Denials & AR Operations Support Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the workflow of the Operations Support Department, including case referrals and document procurement Oversee staff productivity and perform daily audits of operational work queues for task delegation Ensure timely submission of appeals and manage high balance cases Required Qualifications and Education Experience leading teams with up to 17 direct reports Ability to identify various types of hospital documentation Understanding of provider and payer systems for documentation retrieval Experience in auditing and resolving issues related to referrals Knowledge of appeal submission processes and deadlines
