Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient processing of client payments and collections Oversee cash application and daily reconciliation of receipts with bank statements and general ledger Drive process improvements and ensure accurate reporting of cash-related activities to senior management Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or collections, preferably in a SaaS company Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results Strong experience in cash management, including multi-currency and intercompany settlements Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems, with Workday experience preferred Experience in improving and optimizing bank reconciliation and collections processes
