A company is looking for a Patient Concierge Agent to provide compassionate support to patients navigating hormonal health conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic, patient-centric support through phone, email, and in-app messaging Act as a liaison between patients and providers, relaying critical information accurately Guide patients through scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries Required Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience in a customer support and/or patient-facing role, preferably remote Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a passion for helping people Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems and sensitive data Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) are a plus A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for confidential communications
