A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data from claims reports to ensure compliance with guidelines
Manages internal plan performance reporting and assists in preparing client presentations and sales activities
Maintains and updates electronic files, ensuring data integrity and providing recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (required)
2+ years of administrative support or client services experience (required)
Associate degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or similar (preferred)
2+ years in benefits analysis or data management (preferred)
Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health License (can be obtained within 90 days of hire)
