Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of related experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree
Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and managing multiple projects
Strong understanding of the Revenue business unit, including sales and customer success
Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations
