PLM Technical Support Specialist
A company is looking for a PLM Tech Support Specialist to assist customers with the deployment and support of Product Lifecycle Management integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level support for PLM integrations and troubleshoot L2 and L3 issues
Guide customers in installing and configuring PLM add-ons while maintaining customer satisfaction
Collaborate with PLM vendors and develop knowledge base articles to enhance issue resolution efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in PLM technical support and integration with major PLM systems
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
Hands-on experience in PLM integrations and issue reproduction
Good knowledge of BOM, part and document management, and PLM-CAD-ERP integration scenarios
Experience with ticket management systems for issue tracking
