Power BI Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Portuguese Power BI Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Power BI and Azure database issues, primarily through support tickets Conduct root cause analysis and resolve customer-reported issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs) Collaborate with end users and engineering teams to troubleshoot and deescalate issues effectively Required Qualifications US Citizenship and fluency in Portuguese and English Minimum of 5 years experience with Power BI Minimum of 5 years experience with Azure Fundamentals Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Fabric Experience in technical support projects and customer handling
