A company is looking for a Pre-Admission Screener (Remote - Must Reside in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones). Key Responsibilities Monitor the internal CSR call queue and assist with inbound calls Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities for documentation and coordination of PASRR-related activities Maintain accurate documentation in state databases and internal tracking systems Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Prior experience in a high-volume call center or remote healthcare environment is highly desirable Must reside within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones Familiarity with call center technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Tech-savvy and comfortable using web-based platforms and software tools
