A company is looking for a Premium Audit Advocate to conduct premium audits and support customers throughout the audit process. Key Responsibilities Conduct mail/virtual audits for worker's compensation and review audits for quality Assist customers by guiding them through the audit process and communicating final audit results Enter final audit information into database systems and interface with internal team members and external policy holders Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of professional work experience required 6+ months of premium audit experience required Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships Ability to multi-task and work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
