Key Responsibilities
Design and lead the administration of provider compensation programs aligned with organizational goals
Review complex hospital subsidy arrangements and agreements for Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness
Provide consultative services to senior leadership and manage the integrity of compensation-related data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, business, legal, or related field
Seven years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, finance, or related projects
Strong business case development and analytical skills
Proficiency in personal software applications, including spreadsheets and presentations
Executive presence with strong project management and facilitation skills
