A company is looking for a Non-Technical Program Manager - Loss/Fraud Prevention. Key Responsibilities Plan, track, manage, and report on process improvement programs and projects for Loss Prevention and Member Services Document current and future state process flows and assess organizational readiness for changes Provide direction on change strategy and maintain a knowledge management system for agents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of program/project management experience in customer experience Previous ecommerce or retail experience Experience with Loss Prevention/Fraud preferred Proficient in relevant computer applications
