Key Responsibilities Spearhead and motivate a team of creatives to execute Brand Creative initiatives Deliver exceptional Brand Design work and manage Brand Campaign projects from brief to delivery Refine creative processes and oversee the Digital Asset Management platform for organizational needs Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Brand Creative Operations, particularly in the Wellness and Health sectors Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects across Brand Design and cross-functional teams Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities Experience in production is a plus
