Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project timelines for pipeline projects in Process Development Capture project risks and develop mitigation plans while communicating project status to collaborators Facilitate cross-functional alignment and manage multiple project teams simultaneously Required Qualifications Doctorate Degree OR Master's Degree & 2 years OR Bachelor's Degree & 4 years OR Associate's Degree & 8 years OR High school diploma/GED & 10 years of Project Management or Operations experience 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related field preferred Direct CMC experience is preferred Experience in fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams Proficiency in standard Project Management tools and practices, including MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint
