A company is looking for a Quotations Coordinator to support the Northeast Strategic Infrastructure team. Key Responsibilities Review plans and specifications to ensure material quoted aligns with project requirements Engage with vendors to negotiate and acquire pricing promptly Monitor the Estimating inbox and manage requests for the sales team Required Qualifications 1-2 years' experience with quotations or inside sales preferred Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent work experience preferred Prior success as a remote professional Experience reading blueprints, building plans, or drawings preferred Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
