A company is looking for a Regulatory Licensing Manager to oversee compliance with state and federal regulations related to money transmitter licenses. Key Responsibilities Submit money transmitter license applications and communicate with state regulators for approvals Manage and submit quarterly and annual financial reports and uniform authorized agent reports Monitor compliance with regulations, manage state regulatory examinations, and maintain a centralized licensing database Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or a related field 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, license management, or financial services Strong understanding of money transmitter license requirements and regulatory frameworks Proven experience with regulatory reporting and managing licensing applications Proficiency with compliance software or database management tools, including NMLS, is a plus
