Remote Audit Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Audit, Education, Analytics, & Technology. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the quality and completeness of medical record documentation for outpatient encounters Conduct evaluations of medical records and communicate with physicians and clinical staff to improve documentation results Utilize coding expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with national coding guidelines Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a healthcare-related field, or 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience Thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding systems Additional specialty coding certification or 5-7 years of coding experience required Data analytics experience preferred Certification such as CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CCDS, CDIP, RHIT, or RHIA is required
