Remote Care Center Representative
A company is looking for a Care Center Representative to provide support and assistance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts and alarms
Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in the database
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
