Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to management and employees on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational planning
Collaborate with business leadership and HR centers of excellence to implement HR solutions that align with strategic initiatives
Design and implement programs to support managers and employees in achieving success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, employment laws, and procedures
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive employee relations matters
Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
