A company is looking for a Member Care Representative. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries and claims processing through phone and email communications Provide clinical care support, including managing Prior Authorization requests and assisting members with medication alternatives Assist with account support tasks such as QA testing and completing pharmacy contact sheets Required Qualifications Customer service experience Knowledge of claims processing is helpful High School Diploma and/or college degree in a related field preferred Pharmacy technician experience preferred, but not required Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
