Remote Posting Director

A company is looking for a Posting Director who will lead a team of medical payment posters and managers for ground ambulance and air medical service clients. Key Responsibilities Provide management oversight and training to ensure efficient operations and productivity targets are met Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency Oversee the accuracy of payments posted and manage timely month-end close in accordance with client requirements Required Qualifications Associates degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a general business, with at least 2 years in a managerial position Preference for experience in medical payment posting and refunds Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance requirements Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office products
